about
Grace Sullivan is best known for being born on 3/3/03 at 8:33pm, but that’s not what she’s here to tell you about.
Grace has been a writer since she could hold a pencil and a filmmaker since she could hold a camera. She thinks the most powerful stories start from something real and centers her work on female protagonists. She makes purposeful decisions in her projects to seek other women from diverse backgrounds in head roles. Grace made her second directorial short during her semester abroad in Prague and was given the chance to direct her first documentary last year, her zeal for climate activism leading her to a local environmental issue lacking awareness. She is a recent Honors graduate of Temple University’s Center for the Cinematic and Performing Arts.
Grace’s passion lies with many things, but most intuitively—the written word, her Southern hometown of Birmingham, Alabama, her ever-supportive friends and family, and oat milk in her coffee. Always.
